  • "NO CALL, NO SHOW" for an appointment we set up to give us an estimate. I called twice and left a voicemail and STILL no response. When I set the appointment, I spoke with the office manager for about ten minutes. He bragged about how good they were and how they used only professional people. Stated either himself or the owner would come out to give us an estimate. All talk and no substance. We will look elsewhere for our move and make sure we alert anyone moving to not use this extremely unprofessional company.
