  • I've been here a few times with my boyfriend to look at Allen Edmonds, but this evening (1/20/18) I came here to do my own shopping. I have never been more disappointed in customer service at a store. I came here because I was hoping to support a local store instead of the big chains, but after being there for 10 minutes I had to leave. Not a single employee spoke to me or asked if I needed assistance. At Little's all of their shoes are in the back which means you need an employee's help to get any shoes to try on. I was looking for some black professional leather loafers and potentially a new pair of black leather booties. I was holding both of the shoes I was primarily interested in and walking around specifically towards the back where the shoes are stored and no one said a word to me. Based upon the shoes I was prepared to purchase I could've spent approximately $300-400, but instead I walked out without spending a dime. I have had better service at DSW and I guess that's where I will have to try to find my loafers and booties because clearly Little's doesn't want my money. Ultimately, I am more than a little disappointed in this place.
