  • After sending 2 remotes, that we were forced to pay for, they say it's probably not the remote and we can't return them. Now we had to buy a new pump. Instead of sending someone to check it out the make us pay for equipment we don't need. They are definitely scam artist. This company sells most expensive bed and they the worst customer service and warranty. Thieves and scammers. WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO IS THINKING OF BUYING THIS HUNK OF JUNK. DON'T SUPPORT SCAMMERS!
