  • If I could give this 0 that would be great but i cant so screw you guys.This place is a trap! I had secured a certain upstairs apartment 2 months before my move in date. I get a call 8 days before my move in date with the property manager telling me they have moved me from my upstairs apartment to a downstairs one next to parking. o.k.....that is not what i signed up for, so I go in to clear things up. I am told that the current renters have " changed their minds " and would not be moving, But I signed an agreement right? Dont you know agreements mean nothing to Avion silly Leia. SO the property manager ( some chick who thinks her sh*t dont stink ) tells me that there is nothing she can do. I ask for my 100.00 dollar deposit back and I was told " it has to be sent to corporate " so here I am a month later no deposit back. Seems like the corporate headquarters in Hell still has not gotten my request for my deposit back yet. Im just a single mom who could really use that money take your sweet ass time guys....... But I think I dodged a bullet. I talked with some other renters after the fact and they told me I was lucky. And that the management here is a joke, the second pool is NEVER open and they are constantly raising the rent without notice or changing terms without letting their renters know. So please ignore this place like the plague. They surely dont deserve your hard earned cash. Ye Be Warned! .......( like in a pirate voice )
