I wanted to share my displeasure with Apple Store of Markville mall. If you have an issue with your apple since you might choose any other store beside this particular one. I had purchases iPhone recently and for past few days I was experiencing some issues with my screen. I decided to visit Apple Store close to me. First of of all my appointment was at 1220 and I checked in 10 minutes before. It took about 30 minutes for GENIUS to come and help me. Guy did not want to listen to me at all and what I've said he said it's not possible and he does not believe me...(really? You spent 1000$ and you came with an issue to lie?) I asked to speak with store manager and person did not even greet me (what a great service, thank you Apple, will send you some Christmas card). After all I felt I'm a little kid trying to get some free stuff, common people spent hundreds and thousands of dollars for your products and you do not care?! I will give ab example I'm a business user and I used to have blackberry before I swapped to iPhone, when I had an issue I called rim and they sent me phone next business day without even looking at it. I sent old phone back, no issues no hard time. I think Apple has to learn how to keep business clients happy. Good luck!
