  • I called and made an appointment for an inspection and treatment plan. I left work early to meet them at my place. They didn't show. I called them 15 minutes after they were to be here, they said oh, sorry our mistake. I said then get here now, since I left work early, you still need to come out, they said we cannot, we will have to re-schedule. I hung up after that. I explained the big hassle it was for me to get out of work, and that it wasn't too late to rectify the issue, they said they could not. I hung up. Shame on you Truly Nolen!
