The only thing that made my experience a NEGATIVE thing was sitting down getting my nails done while listening to the manager and the receptionist talk negative about an employee that they had just hired. They went from criticizing the way she dressed to the mistake of putting a $10 bill in the wrong slot in the register. First of all the manager needs to be professional and take this conversation to her office and not in public in front of the customers. Second of all, she is human and she is new, give her a break! I find it very disrespectful and rude!! Plus they don't know the situation she is in. What if this girl didn't have money to buy new clothes?? This was very unprofessional of the manager and the receptionist.
Now to the service part, Chris she was amazing! I love her work! She did such an amazing job. Truly satisfied with her work. I showed her the design I was interested in and she made a few suggestions and started on the design. I have received so many compliments on my nails. Everyone loves them! I will be seeing her again.
