  • Terrible service. Overnight delivery package expected, 5 days later still waiting. Arranged for pick up at there center on MLK, arrived said package was out and had to come back that evening by which time it would have been too late as I needed the package that evening for an event. Lady at the counter was very unfriendly and unsympathetic. Rather use FEDEX if sending anything important, UPS too unrelaiable.
