  • Scheduled an appointment for a week out. Was reminded that if I missed the appointment I would be charged. I was going in for a second opinion on an ongoing foot issue. The day before the appointment I was contacted by Yvonne in the office. She said that she needed to reschedule my visit because the doctor had surgery duty in the hospital tomorrow. I explained that this was inconvenient and that I would need to find another doctor.. she said that this was fine. Kind of surprised because I do not run my business this way.. I called back and explained that I had this appointment for a week, and that this is unacceptable. I had an appointment and expected them to keep it. She forwarded me to her office manager. I do not know his name. I explained the same thing to him. He said that this was the way it is... I told him that this was inconvenient... this set him off. He asked me why I waited a year to come in... He said that if I was this much trouble before I ever came in that he did not want me as a patient. At that time I told him to Fuck off!!! and I meant it. He invited me to tell him this to his face. This individual belongs in another profession... I as much told him this. I am sure that doctor is not aware... and in here lies the problem. Please save yourself the trouble ... read the other reviews... this doctors staff is a joke... A few of the reviews confuse him for staff.... that is the bigger joke. No I am not going to Ortho Arizona to confront this tough guy in scrubs... LMAO. I will find another doctor... I hope you do the same
