  • I came here for the first time to get a check up and a cleaning... They charged me my copay upfront ofv$40. Then they took me back to get xrays. Afterward they put me in the dental chair and it took the hygienist 1 hour to see me... She comes in, stabs my gums between each tooth calling out numbers... Then she leaves and it takes the dentist another 15 minutes to see me. Of course he was only in my mouth for 15 seconds. Then he leaves and a woman comes in and starts telling me which services my insurance covers and doesn't cover. I then ask, am I going to have my teeth cleaned because that's why I am here!? She said, oh no, we will have you come back for that for an extra fee. WTF!? I have never been to a dentist that doesn't clean your teeth when that is what the appointment was for!! I'm never going back.
