  • I built a new pool in 2014. My experience is not much different than the other review. At the beginning they did everything to wow me. However, once the project started they did as little as possible. The had virtually no supervision at all. In fact one of their subcontractors threatened me when I told them that they were doing something wrong. Even after this experience they did the minimum. I made numerous phone calls to the owners. They NEVER returned a call. They sent their office manager to handle the project when I got to the point of potential legal action. I called 5-months after the job was complete because I am having an issue and she is no longer with the company. For all the money they spend on advertising and marketing; they do nothing in the way of customer service. They do not supervise their work, they do not respond to customers, they will mislead you at all phases of the job and I have no reason to believe that they will provide any warranty work as may be needed. Listen to what both reviews are saying and find another pool contractor.
