  • Worst Worst Worst! Never waist your money on this company baskets! I ordered a Basket to be shipped on Christmas Eve to Canada while I was in the states. I ordered more than 1 week earlier and they assured they will deliver it on or before Christmas and they didn't! First off they sell cheap items for high prices. The items, chocolates, stuffed animals, flowers... are not the same as they put up their pictures online. In terms of size! The chocolates and biscuits are in smaller sizes while the stuffed animals are in bigger size than the picture shows! The customer service: I can say they do not have customer service! They just provided a phone number which nobody picks up when you dial. I wanted to modify my order, I dialed the customer service number more than 10 times in different days and times, they never picked up the phone, and the voicemail was full! therefore; had to start chatting with them! The rep who was responding me was rude! I explained the situation and I said I am out of Canada I cant call you however I made multiple international calls and no one picked the damn phone up! She didn't apologize and said ok what I can do for you! That's it! Not even said she was sorry! I was typing and explaining my order modifications , sent it. Never received a respond afterwards! Why? Because it was 6 o clock and they simply closed! She didn't even say they were closing and she had to leave! So rude and unprofessional! If you need to disconnect chat, simply apologize and tell the customer that they can email the company instead of chatting because the times up! I emailed the customer service email address and made my complaint about their stupid customer service. They emailed me back the day after. They had to refund some money back! They did killed me with their stupid emails to refund my money! In the last email I asked them to ship the Basket on Christmas if you do and if no on the 24th. They said they deliver on Sundays too and I do not need to be worried about delivery! They assured me that they will deliver my gift on time- before Christmas! They delivered on the 30th of December! Its not late isn't it??? It's TOO LATE! Absolutely disappointed with their services! If I knew their customer service is that horrible, never never would have spent my money for this company!
