  • An elderly couple was shopping at Target on Arizona and Ocotillo last night. He requires a cane, and she is legally blind. They called Discount Cab for their ride home, after being dropped off by the same company. They waited for four hours for their can to arrive. They called four times, each time being told that the cab would arrive shortly. If you can't get to a pickup on time, let them know. Don't lie to your customers saying someone will be there when it takes 4 hours. And people wonder why Uber and Lyft are so popular now. Unfortunately this couple didn't even have a cell phone, let alone a smart phone.
