  • The lady behind the counter, Diane Cusano blew my mind. You don't get service like this anymore. I bought a quartz replacement from another clock company. I tried to install myself which wasn't working out. I took it to Diane and she anchored the quartz to the panel, put the minute and hour arms on, painted the knob to hold them on and put batteries in and got it dialed in. I said what do I owe you. She said nothing, see you when you have other clock needs! Really, nothing.....If you need a grandfather clock they have a huge selection. Buy from Diane....
