  • Roots catered our wedding and we could not have been happier with everything!! The food itself was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Their attention to detail was so impressive and they truly listened to everything we wanted and delivered on it. Not only was the food great, their customer service is top notch. My mom asked if it would be possible to source as much food from Cabarrus County as possible and they went out of their way to make this happen. Their food truck is also phenomenal - I would highly recommend Roots for a casual meal or a catered event!
