  • Jeff was as nice and helpful as can be. He worked with my husband and me to resolve our problem with one of our MacBooks. And let me tell ya, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with. Yet, he remained cool and collected like a total professional. Both Alex and Jeff were extremely helpful and patient, and they KNOW THEIR APPLE PRODUCTS like the back of their hand. Their prices are very fair and reasonable, and I would definitely go back to them if I ever need another one of my apple products repaired.
