  • I can't give this place a total so I rated it 1 star. My wife and I were in a car accident so we came to the Avis on southern only to have issues. They didn't have many rental cars, and the girl Jill said she would wave our fee of an additional driver. She charged our credit card anyway and then said "we can't change it because it's already been charged." And then said call customer service and talk to them basically told us good luck with that because they won't change the charge either. So whatever you do if she says something get it all in writing or find another rental place.
