  • My sister's air conditioner went out a couple of weeks ago and she was worried about calling an air conditioning company because she was listening to all the horror stories that people were telling her about their experiences with air conditioning companies in the Las Vegas area. I then suggested cool Concepts, and called them. I spoke to a very nice man named Norman. A few hours later, he was there. He ended up giving my sister a very fair price and fixed the air conditioning problem that day. Thank you very much cool concepts for providing a high quality repair in a very timely and affordable manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has any air conditioner needs.
