| - I live in Aliante, but was on this side of town attending a memorial service. My oil light came on, so I decided to stop in and get my oil changed immediately. The employees had no customer service skills at all, all very lethargic and just standing around. There was only 1 other customer in front of me, and he was finishing up. They told me to pull my car around, and in the time it took me to get out of my car and walk around the building to get back into the lobby, they were done. I was flabbergasted. I told the guy ringing me up, "Do you guys work for NASCAR or something?". In the past, Jiffy Lube ALWAYS CLEANED my car, and gave me an itemized list of things that I should get done. They just handed me my sticker with my receipt, they didn't even put it on for me. They also didn't turn my oil light off. I drove away feeling VERY afraid that my car was not given the care it needed. I strongly feel that if I'm going to pay someone $62 to do an oil change, I DESERVE and EXPECT a job well done. I work very hard for my money. Did they top off my fluids? No. Did they clean my car? No. Did they change my oil? I have no clue. I would sure like a do over, but they would have to add in the gas it would take to drive clear across town again! What a waste of my time!!!
UPDATE- 5/4/18
I called the next day and spoke with the manager, Zane. He was amazing! Not only did he give me a FULL refund, he double checked my vehicle and made sure everything was done correctly this time. I appreciate his follow through and his willingness to make things right! My faith in Jiffy Lube has been restored!!
