  • I've been coming to this theatre for about 16 years now, but I try to avoid it now and go to Colossus. The issue is it is not really very clean anymore, and the staff except for Emily at the Outtakes is pretty unprofessional and unfriendly. There was a period of time when Rafik (who now is the manager at The Scotiabank Theatres downtown) managed the place and it was spotless, efficient, and friendly, but since he left, it's become a horrible place to go to. You are better off going to Colossus.
