First you pull in and the place is packed, there are two men with flashlights directing you to the parking area, then about 300 yards later there is no one to direct you anymore for about a half an hour people just driving around in circles looking for the other parking attendants to show you where the park with the amount of people that were here in the amount of money that they charge you think they could have added a couple more guys to save some aggravation everybody walking in was talking about it. Second of the walk about a half a mile to even get in the place the front area is a fiasco, when you finally get inside it is packed like the mall on Black Friday. Everywhere you go people are standing around trying to figure out where to go there was very little signage and not nearly enough people to help, most of the guys that were volunteers had so many people standing around and asking directions that it clogged up the pathways even more. We bought tickets to go to the Jazz show the setting was beautiful, the view was beautiful, but just like the rest of the garden it is completely oversold they put seats around the side almost in the back no view and sounded terrible now if I didn't have to drive around for 45 minutes finding a parking space I probably would have got a better spot. I took my wife here for a romantic evening the view is beautiful the garden and artistry is beautiful it would have been a a wonderful and romantic evening if they didn't over sell the place they need to limit the amount of tickets that they sell and make this the enjoyable evening that they advertise it as.
