  • I visited this bridal store a few weeks ago, mainly because it is the closest and most convenient to where I live. However, i would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, this place is TINY.. Which wouldn't have been a big deal, except there is hardly any parking. Once you get inside the store, the only dresses displayed in the front of the store are mother-of-the-bride-dresses, and bridesmaid dresses.. Literally NO bridal gowns in sight! I had an 11:00 appointment, and told the associate on the phone that i was bringing my mom and 3 bridesmaids. But when we got inside, the VERY limited seating was taken by another large group of girls. I assumed the prior appointment must have run over, and tried to be patient while we waited for assistance. I was greeted by a very sweet (although seemingly clueless) attendant. She asked what kind of style i had in mind and asked about my preferences, and told me to wait in the dressing room while she pulled a few dresses she thought i might like.. (I was never permitted in the back to actually LOOK at any dresses for myself). She brought a nice selection, but was a little lazy helping me into them (a dress i loved had multiple buttons going up the back, and even though the dress fit me well and i would've liked to see it completely buttoned, she only fastened about half of them - see photo attached). When i came out to show my family the dresses, they were all still STANDING because apparently even more appointments had been booked at the same time, leaving the tiny store VERY crowded and uncomfortable. There are 4-5 dressing rooms arranged in a circle, and only ONE podium in the center of the mirrors. So i had to WAIT IN LINE to look in the mirrors while other customers and their bridesmaids tried on dresses. When i found a dress i really liked, they kept INSISTING that if i decided to order there, that i should order the dress 2 sizes bigger than the sample i had on, even though nobody bothered actually MEASURING me, and the sample dress fit me almost perfectly. (I am only 5'3", and found out from a different bridal store that the dress i eventually picked came in petit length, which would save me alot of alterations/hemming - i was never offered this at the white orchid). Overall, a bad experience!
