I've been a customer for nearly a year now and thought it would be time to finally review my experiences with WCW&W. I come hear on a monthly basis and always get the interior/exterior package. Car always looks great afterwards and I receive lots of compliments from friends and co-workers. I've also had a full detail done by them that made my car look and feel truly amazing. This is an indoor facility so I don't have to worry about the sun's rays beating down on my car as it's being washed and dried. Prepare for a lengthy wait, on average about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, as everything is done by hand. I got lucky with my visit today and got right in and out...only about 45 minutes--there were no other cars before me.
The reason I'm knocking off one star is that I've noticed for about the past 3-4 months "something" is going on regarding the "excessive pet hair removal" fee. I only have one cat and from time to time her hair does transfer in from the house to the car, although it's nothing I'd call excessive by any means. I read the recent Yelp reviews and decided to put this to the test. Before my visit today I purposely vacuumed my carpets in the car so that there was barely a trace of "excessive" pet hair in the back. When I pulled up to the facility and was greeted I was asked by the employee if I had excessive pet hair and I said no. He even looked before he brought the car in. When it was time to check out instead of the bill coming out to $30 it was $35 because of the pet hair fee and yet again I flat out refused to pay that. So be warned if you have pets and want to save yourself an additional $5, you might want to do some "pre vacuuming".
