| - I have come one other time prior, and the absolutely BEST EXPERIENCE I could ever ask for. The first time I was honored to get my hair bleached from black to ash blonde by the owner and master stylist (Tawni) of the salon, and boy is she knowledgeable of what she does. She is passionate not only for her work, but for her the success of her entire team. As I would hear them converse on options/routes they go about tackling a hair job, it was like surgery, so precise and specific I couldn't comprehend and I loved every moment of it. About one year later, I unfortunately moved, but was able to visit and booked an appointment this past week. One word, BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, all of the workers treated me like family, and showed such unconditional care to really solidifying my vision on my unachievable hair color LOLOLOL ;) I have naturally jet black hair (or close to), within the time frame of just two days, multiple women being Tiffany, Chandra, Tawni, Nicole, and various others (perhaps the entire salon) collabed collectively and really worked towards making the impossible possible. Originally, I thought I would only be there for one day, however granted that my jet black hair just couldn't lift to the desired level Tawni, went out of her way to accommodate me by even offering to come at 8 AM the very next morning to continue working on this masterpiece LOL I mean, at this point, I was just so thankful to be surrounded by such giving and selfless individuals!!! My hair was worked on Tawni, initially on the second day and granted her busy schedule, she handed me over to Chandra, who is honestly such a likable and personable person. I honestly thought I was talking to a long time friend, the second I met her it's like we knew each others lives within the span I was under her care. Honestly we laughed so hard I felt bad we may have been too loud LOL OH! And don't get me started with Tawni's husband who mans the coffee shop next door, he so generous and even gave me a complimentary beverage which was absolutely mind blowing coffee explosion tasty, I'm honestly just throwing adjectives at this point. Any who, these past two days have been INSANE, I feel like I not only know the entire salon, but have been treated with such care. Truthfully, prior to my departure, I felt like I was saying goodbye to a family. THANK YOU for going the distance and really wanting to make me happy. I am forever grateful and within heart beat, fly out from Los Angeles just to get my hair touched up/redone from this place. My loyalty is to alter-ego, thank you for treating me like your own! I am absolutely IN LOVE with my hair. Cheers, and wish you unimaginable success!
