Is it my favorite place to go? No. Would I rather go here than the USPS up the street?
ALL DAY EVERY DAY FOREVER.
I like them. Basically, UPS provides mailing services for dummies. Could you do everything here on your own? Probably. You can figure out how to print a sheet of paper or stick something in the mail, you know plenty of other places to buy packaging tape. I come here for the convenience of walking in, slapping a few pieces of paper on the counter and asking for them to be mailed. I came in here the other day to mail in my application to renew my passport. I could have easily done this at the Post Office. However, I didn't feel like it - and they're rude down the street. So I came here. Put my papers on the counter and the gentleman behind the desk asked me for each required piece, put them in an envelope and stapled my picture to the application. Its easy. I even came in here once with a box of Oreos that I wanted to ship to England. Put them on the counter, and they took care of me. It cost a ridiculous amount of money - but it was easy to do. (and my American friend that married a Brit was THRILLED. Worth it.) The staff isn't always super friendly, but have patience, because I'm sure they have plenty of people who do not have patience.
