  • Out with my work peeps for our holiday get together. After dinner @ Blackout, we decided to check this place out for drinks since it was literally 4mins away. I am so happy we did! It was such a gem to find in Chinatown of all places lol. After looking into darkness for 2hrs our minds couldn't process ALL of the decor and "strange" happenings in this bar lol. From the greeter with her huge bouffant, to the interactive ceiling, photos on the table, huge statue with a curved penis and a sign that read "Rub for good luck", the live DJ, shrunken heads on the walls...the list goes ON (trust me)! It was pretty packed, but we were able to walk right in and get a booth. Very comfortable seating and since none of my group had been there before the atmosphere gave us much to talk about. The waitress came by and was friendly and efficient. I ordered a dragon's breath which comes "on fire" and was very sweet, but good. Price was about $11, so fairly moderate for Vegas. Shortly after getting our drinks the resident magician stopped by and blew our minds with her first trick lol. I won't spoil it for anyone, but we still haven't figured it out. Pretty epic for a magician in a bar if you ask me! We stayed about an hour and headed home. I would certainly recommend this bar if you're looking to be entertained! Good mix of people off the beaten path. Good drinks! Good music! Cool spot..all the way!
