Welp, grand opening was a bust. Went in around 1:20 on opening day, lured in by the promise of a $1 smoothie or juice. We were on the way out of town and wanted to grab something nutritious to go, and while I personally think juicing is pointless calories but what the hell we thought we would give it a try for a dollar. Yea so I was told that smoothies were taking 20-30 min and juices were only 5. Ok so no smoothie, I'll get a juice. 30 minutes later I walked out with no juice or no smoothie because I was done waiting for liquid parsley and apples. Meanwhile people ordered anywhere between 4-8 drinks and were getting them all filled before my order was started.
I MIGHT try Nektar again not during lunch hour rush, but only because I have some $2 off coupons now. I will say staff was nice, but highly unprepared with 1 blender supposedly doing juices and 2 doing smoothies with 30 people packed in a space 10x16 feet. And I would suggest a 1 or 2 drink maximum to facilitate moving people along.
