  • Very disappointed with the customer service we experienced. Many slab customer service members sitting around chatting, doing absolutely nothing. We were sent to the Tempe location from Scottsdale in order to look at 3cm slabs that were only displayed in Tempe. All of the 3CM slabs that we went to see were stacked behind the 2CM says (and there can be a big difference in the look) I asked a doc worker how we could go about seeing the 3CM and he sent us in to see a customer series guy in order to see if the slabs were even available. We did this and returned back to the floor where the same worker went to talk to two other dock workers (all doing nothing) He returned asking who we talked to inside and said we would need to get him so that we would be safe while they moved slabs.This is a flat out lie as we wore hard hats and all the time we were looking around slabs were moved throughout. So we went back inside where the service rep stayed seated and said " I guess I could go out there with you". At that point we said no thanks - there are so many great showrooms in this business. Lazy employees, horrible customer service. I will be sure to pass this on to our fabricator and everyone I know.
