  • Republic Services has missed or been extremely late picking up trash in our neighborhood twice in the past few weeks, and often they leave trash on the street. What's even worse is that you cannot speak to a supervisor or manager when you call. They have to place a ticket for someone to return your call. That kind of poor customer service is unacceptable in 2017. I am not sure we have the option as an individual homeowner to go with a different trash collector, but I will find out. Roy
