  • I was home in Chandler for about a month, and I discovered this place in that month, and I can't wait to go to some more classes when I'm back home for winter break. This was actually the first place I ever tried reformer pilates. So I was definitely a newbie. I first took some classes through Class Pass, and then liked it so much that I bought a package. There was also a flash sale happening at the time, which was excellent. I bought 10 classes for $150. $15 per class is a great deal in my mind. And they last for a year, so since I'm not in town a lot I won't be wasting them by not using them soon enough. My first class was with Liz Cameron. She was so nice and explained the machine to me and made sure to show me some extra attention when it seemed like I wasn't getting something on the machine. I also really enjoy the cardio reform classes, I think they're a lot of fun and great way to get your heart rate up. That being said, pilates is definitely not the most intense class I've ever taken. This is definitely lower impact and in my opinion better for toning. One thing I like about reformer pilates is the fact that you get to use muscles that you don't ever usually work out in other classes. This location also has spin classes, and I have taken one of them here, but I wasn't the biggest fan. I prefer when my cycling classes have the music match the pace at which you're supposed to be cycling. It motivates me, and the class I tried didn't do that. One other minor complaint: this studio doesn't have a water fountain, and a water bottle is $2. Come with a full water bottle. I definitely recommend this studio for its reformer pilates. Kind instructors and and the classes are a lot of fun.
