  • Normally I go to a different chipotle location, but I was on my way home and driving right by so I stopped. You would think that during a dinner rush there would be adequate amounts of food prepped or least enough on the line to feed the long line that I had to wait in. I asked for 2 burrito bowls, easy enough right? Nooope. They were out of fajita veggies, barbacoa, sour cream, guacamole and chips! They gave me very little rice and meat and when I asked for a little more they said they were going to have to double charge me. And the line was incredibly dirty there was a white film all over the counter and they were throwing food around so fast and sloppily that cheese got into one of the bowls and in my salsa. I'm allergic to dairy so I ended up not being able to use salsa on my bowl. I ended up having to wait 15 minutes for chips to come out and by the time I got the chips and got home, my food was cold and had to be reheated. Won't be going back to this location. Very unsatisfied.
