  • At no fault of this retailer, a gun I purchased from them had major malfunction & quality issues after just a few rounds. I fully expected some fed red tape, store return issues, and manufacturer shipping/waiting bs. Adding to the frustration was the hunt that I'm leaving for in just a couple weeks which this gun was purchased for. Normal procedure is sending the gun cross country back to the manufacturer for repairs and waiting.....and waiting for it to come back. SETH the manager, now aware of my time lines was able make some calls, figure out the paperwork, and get me a new replacement all before my hunt. This outside the box thinking and actual customer service is VERY RARE these days and they now have a loyal customer because of it. Doubt I would have gotten the same assistance from the bigger retailers here in town.
