  • I found them through the Internet and they were offering me 100$ cash back with the repair. Seemed like a good idea at the time, and they were friendly and convenient on the phone. I got an appointment the next day and they gave me a four hour window. Which wasn't the most convenient but I decided to free up my morning and get it done anyway. It started going all downhill from there. They called about 2 hours later they were on the way, then two and a half hours go by and no one showed. Finally they called back and said the glass they brought was damaged and asked if they can come in another four hour window in the afternoon. I didn't understand why they would put it in the truck in the morning if it was damaged? I reluctantly agreed and another two hours in and no one showed, I finally called to say that I was no longer interested and miraculously the guy showed up 15 minutes later. He was nice enough and did the job well in about 30-40 mins. So he asked me to check the work and sign the documents, and I asked if he had the cash. He acted surprised about this and I said just call your boss and he will tell you. After a brief conversation in Spanish that I did not understand, his boss wanted to talk to me. He went on and on about how they don't have a record of promising me any cash back, etc, etc. At which point I was so furious, I threaten to call the insurance company, the BBB, and any other acronym I could think of. Ten seconds later, magically, the guy hands me a crisp new 100$ dollar bill. I'm not sure who was at fault. I couldn't figure out, if the guy on the phone, the guy installing, or even the owners were trying to con me. Actually I really don't care and wouldn't ever go back and wouldn't recommend either.
