TLDR: intimate setting; friendly service; variety of products at outlet prices; test stations available
Bose is known for their sound. Just try their test stations out. Please use the provided alcohol wipes and built-in trash receptacle though. Once you put those puppies in your ear, you'll know the difference as to why you're spending $100 more for those weird-looking earbuds that fit around your auscultation organs. Some stations even allow you to connect the headphones to your own music so you can hear the clarity and improvement. The try-me stations are the first thing you see when you walk inside the building. Around the corner are wall-mounted TVs and a set-up living room so you can feel the difference. I've visited a couple of times and have been friendly greeted a couple of times. It's kinda like the Apple or Microsoft store, people check-in but mostly leave you alone unless you seek out help.
I finally bought a headphones set on Black Friday and was more than happy with my $59 purchase. They have a one-year warranty at any location with no receipt or box necessary. They just need the serial number written on the headphones, which makes confident gift-giving a breeze. I'm happy with my experience at Bose and am looking forward to visiting soon.
