What is the purpose of Mobile express checkout? I was at DTS Nordstrom Rack today, 4/12, and waiting to pay. The employee Mobile girl was helping someone else. Clearly, she knew, I was waiting. When she finished, she told me to go to the cash register instead. I could've done that instead of waiting! She told me to go, no apologies, looked straight and walked away. What an ILL customer service. If I could rate it lower than one star, that's what it deserves. I remembered her face, I wish to have gotten her name. I will edit this post once I get her name.
