I have been going to ISPA in seton for over three year, always had a great experience until last time where less then 24 hrs my shellac nails peeled. I went back the next day and the lady said they no longer had my colour to fix my peeled nails and if I wanted them redone she was going to charge me full price. I said that was ridiculous considering I had paid over 80$ the day before and left the store upset. I placed a bad review on here which was deleted an hour later. I then called and spoke to the manager who told me to come back in and he would replace my nail polish for free. I went into the auburn bay location had another manicure and pedicure. I refused to go back to th seton location as was so turned off as the staff were so rude on my last visit. I explained the situation to them at Auburn Bay, they called the manager Tommy and he said he did not remember our conversation and refused to give the replacement of my shellac just on my hands after paying fir a pedicure and manicure again. Eventually after arguing they did give my the discount. Three years of business going every month and they did all of that to save 12$. I will never be returning and will be sharing this story with friends, family and work colleges in the community.
