| - Initially, a used Mazda 3 caught my eye on the website, so I left a message saying I was interested in coming to see the car. I mentioned that I preferred being emailed or texted due to not being able to answer calls since I would be at work. Robert, the Internet director, texted me & said the car was available for me to come inspect whenever I liked. So after work I grabbed my husband & we went to check it out. There were a few issues with the car that initially caught my eye, but they recommended I take a look at a car that was two years newer, had 75,000 less miles than the first car, & had way better features, PLUS the pricing was just about where I needed it to be. Matt was our sales guy, he was great! Long story short, I went with the second car. It was way better than what I was expecting to possibly leave with & at a great price! They did everything to make sure we got a great interest rate & a great monthly payment! Chris, the GM, was amazing too! Really great guy! Everyone there was just awesome! I believe the guy in finance that handled our paperwork & such was Steve, he was very helpful as well. I'm in the vehicle service industry myself, so I only got the service warranties that I knew would be a pain in the butt to take care of myself. I brought the car in the next morning so they could take care of the smog, & they also changed the oil as well. They gave me a nice, new car to drive around while they serviced my car for me.
Overall, just the best experience! Definitely recommend! Reading a lot of the old reviews show this place still being Centennial Mazda, I assure you all that this is NOT Centennial Mazda anymore. New ownership. Earnhardt Mazda is where you want to be!
If I ever feel like upgrading again, this is where I'm going back to. Hands down.
