I'm unhappy with this transaction and the car. I Purchased a car on 6-29-2015. Going over the final paperwork with the Finance Manager. He was discussing the GAP insurance and extended warranty. I declined a handful of times. I ended up walking out in frustration. The salesperson called me moments later saying that he could come to my house and deliver the car. I agreed, he brought the remaining documents to sign and did not go over those details. The sales price compared to what was discussed is majorly off amount wise. I emailed him that evening asking if we can go over the details. Drove the car to work and noticed the car isn't the right fit for me that it's a bit small. I called a handful of times and emailed the following day. Finally got a hold of him and we discussed if I can return the car, he said no that he would need to check with the General Manager. We also talked about moving to another vehicle, which I was open to. He asked me to stop by after work so we can look as other vehicles and to discuss the details of the purchase contract. Arrived at the scheduled time, he was busy with a customer. He didn't have time to go over the paperwork and told me the transaction is final, and all of the managers where busy. That no one can help me. I'm basically stuck with the car and I still don't have any details of the purchase contract. I called and left a voice mail with Mario Ruiz, General Sales Manager, no call back. I call again and spoke with Sam, Internet Sales Director. I tell him my concerns and he also says the sale is final and it's not possible to unwind the deal because it's the end of the month and everything has been completed. That he would get the sales person to go over the contract with me. No call back or email. I email the sales person and leave voicemails again and I receive a text message that he has not forgotten about me. I feel that they are waiting for more time to pass so I won't get any help. This has been the worst transaction I have ever experienced. I would like to meet with the Manager(s) to get some resolution. I now have a car that I'm not happy with. Plus today I received unfortunate news from my doctor, regarding my health. Now I'm in the position of not being able to afford a car and insurance.
