  • Chris Williams made this stressful process fun for my entire family. He was very understanding of our timeline and worked exclusively with us. Once we were prepared to get things going he literally sold my home in ONE day ABOVE the listing price. He knows his trade and if you listen to his advise you will come out on top. We were searching for a fairly unique home with the growth potential we wanted. Chris showed us all kinds of homes and treated us like family. If he knew the house wasn't a good fit he refused to let us settle. I appreciate that so much more after the fact. Chris is a solid realtor that knows his trade extremely well.
