  • If I can give this place zero star I would. Me and a group of friends went here last night for some drinks. We ordered a shareable cocktail but wasn't happy with the taste. There was little to no alcohol in the drink, so we brought it back to the bar to kindly ask for more. When we asked the server for more, a woman named LEILANI claiming to be the manager, confronted us in the most outrageous, disrespectful manner. Obviously pissed off at us, she told us she was the one who made the drink and there was enough alcohol in it. She yelled at us to bring the drink back and to WATCH her pour how much alcohol she puts in it. Who does that? What kind of customer service is that? Another friend with us that night happened to be a bartender as well at a different bar. After watching her pour the alcohol, like she asked, he advised that was not enough alcohol for the shareable drink we ordered. This is the worst customer service we have encountered here. We made a reservation for a birthday party here but we decided to cancel after this experience. The owner needs to reevaluate their employees, because they reflect the restaurant as a whole.
