The worst customer service I have ever experienced at this store.
Went in to do a refund. Sherry ("Gloria" on the receipt - go figure) saw me stand in line for about five minutes. She didn't say a word, then she passed me up for a customer one of her coworkers gave her. It's understandable seeing as they want to make their money and get their transactions out of the way, but it would have been nice for her to at least let me know that she'd help me in a couple moments. She wanted to play nice during the transaction, but it was too late.
