Convent location in the tower at the Venetian hotel! We came here for brunch and the food was aeu la la! We started out with a chocolate crosiant, I added a little bit of buyer on top and man, flaky not to sweet goodness. Next we had the quiche and mixed greens. The crust was nice and one with the quiche filling having an allspice/clove flavor and was a very unique melody of flavors. After that we tried the chicken and waffles and it was the star of the show. The waffles safe flavor boost and being perfectly crisp was the best co traat for the chicken. I think that is what the chef here specializes in is the roasted chicken which has very delicate seasonings and the side of gravy made it so savory! Only down side is the service is kinda lack luster and the noise here can reach sporting event levels in peak brunch hours :( still the food is fantastic so maybe grabbing the food to bring up to your room would be the best of both world's if planning a romantic brunch for 2.
