Go to a different location !! These people are incompetent and do not own up to their mistakes . They gave me a defective router and when I came back to exchange it , they were in in a rush to close the store and go home . The associates claimed that their systems were closed and they were unable to exchange the router for a working one,
They sent me to another store 40 minutes away from my house instead of fixing their mistake. They charged my account for the same transaction twice, according to them, I purchased and rented the same router. Now I have to fix up their mess.
