i can't believe after over 12 years of being a loyal customer i brought my car in for service on 8-23-17 i get a phone call telling me they broke my lug nuts key and its going to cost me 75.00 dollars for i had to buy 4 new new locking lock nuts and a key and i have to pay after they broke it. that's not fair and the head of the service department won't re turn my phone calls what kind of a service manger is that? one who doesn't care. my bill is over 800.00 dollars all deals all give a senior citizens discount not i unfriendly ford the work on your car and breaks the part and makes the customer who's disabled and live on disability pay for they mechanics need education on how to work on cars. go to buy a toyota or anywhere but to un-friendly ford i will never recommend this dealership after 12 years being a loyal customer they never keep the same help the head of the service department is a wiener for he can't call a customer back after one of there so called tec backs my key for my lug nut. ford motor company will be hearing from me. if you want a ford don't get it from friendly ford for they rip you off!!!!!!
