Scheduled handyman service, cancelled by them 20 minutes before appointment time. Rescheduled, cancelled again 10 minutes before appointment time. No respect for the customer.
Edit: their cancellations and responses here prove lack of respect for you - the cancellation messages blame it on the 'professional' but in responses here they admit they hold the appointment to the last minute in hopes they find someone to fill it, even if there is almost no chance of that happening - again, for their benefit, not yours.
