  • Signed up at the soon to be open location closer to my house using their pre sale pricing, it's good deal, and it allows you to use any one of their gyms if you pay for the gold membership, which I did. I came to this location and when getting directions I noticed it had a low rating on Google reviews, 1st bad sign. When I walked in I was not asked if I had a towel so got to avoid having to rent one. What I did notice that was on one of the Google reviews and stated many times here is that the place is jam packed. They do have a lot of nice new equipment, but you'll be waiting to use it though. Also for the amount of equipment they have, they could use a bigger space. You are weaving your way through people and machines to try and get around in there. After going to the locker room to change and check out the place I promptly left since I could tell it was going to take a long time to get a workout in. Have taken my business elsewhere, should have gone with my first instinct to find a smaller local place instead of a big chain place.
