  • Dr. Kells has a TERRIBLE bedside manner. From what I can tell, he does well if you are pregnant, but if you are there for any other reason he is basically a jerk. I will never go to his office again. I'm not giving my money to someone that doesn't treat me as the person that pays his paycheck.
