I was shopping for a new phone because I get a discount through my employer with Sprint, that is the only reason I decided to switch from AT&T. My salesperson, Nick F. basically just lied to me from start to finish when I asked for a breakdown of my bill. Asked him if my plan was eligible for my discount and he responded, "Yeah, yeah". Two weeks later (after the trail period was over), I get my bill and it is $80 more than what I was quoted with Nick AND the plan WAS NOT ELIGIBLE for the discount. The only reason why I switched! I went back to the store and not one person was empathetic with me or even cared to look at me while I was talking. It's shameful how you lock people into these commitments without telling them the whole truth. As soon as I'm out, I'm switching.
