  • Normally I like this place. Today I walk in to buy lunch for the family and at the end of the order I'm told no kids drinks then I'm told the Pepsi machine is broke so she offers mildly cool bottles only while pointing at the cooler. I ask if they have ice and of course the answer is no. Terrible! I write this as I'm waiting for my steak and cheese sub to come out at Firehouse subs on Maryland by UNLV. $50 sale lost
