Today I went into the Starbucks at Tatum and Rose Garden. Joan was the employee at the register. When I approached the register she was having a personal conversation with the previous customer. The customer had already received her order and they were chatting. I waited 4 min and was neither acknowledged nor helped. I stepped close to the customer so she took a hint and left. Joan looked at me and said "what is it that you want?", in an annoyed and rude tone. I explained that I had a drink to return and would like it made correctly as they had put coffee in my hot chocolate. She grabbed the cup from my hand, walked the the barista then walked to the front door of the store to continue her conversation with the previous customer. She said nothing to me about the inconvenience or apology for the wrong drink. Nothing about gettting me a corrected drink. She was rude and inconvenienced by me and more interested in her personal conversation than to provide decent service. Fortunately the barista gave me a new drink, though it's still not right, at least there isn't any coffee in the hot chocolate. Avoid this location. Rude and can't seem to get orders right.
